Allows department heads, senior managers, city officials and other designated personnel to view any data from your organization in real time. Data can be presented in user-defined, easy to understand charts or tables that provide an up-to-the-minute overview of the status of the organization. Immediately available on the desktop and is easily customizable by the user to meet fluid local needs.

Now, one application can administer the receivables from each department in the organization. Secure controls prevent unauthorized viewing of data among departments but allow designated personnel to view all necessary information. Supports one time invoices, recurring invoices, as well as invoices that require customer returns such as Sales Tax. Fully integrated with cashiering and accounting modules.

Performance Measurement
The organization can now measure its performance against user-defined goals or standards. Performance can be compared to internal benchmarks or accepted external models. Users who have permission can view live performance data on their desktops. Access to current performance data improves administration and planning.
